Comfort Suites New Orleans East

The property was clean and well maintained. only 15-20 minutes from the French Quarter. Free parking with well lit parking area. Badge access to main entrance. Staff was very nice and attentive, especially Wanda. Breakfast was a step above a continental breakfast. Staff was always around cleaning up. A quarter of a mile from I-10. A couple of nice restaurants nearby especially New Orleans Burgers and Seafood. The suite was nice with the beds being very comfortable and the walls were thick enough to not hear our neighbors.

I especially like the location of our room. It was at the end of a hall and very quiet even though the hotel was full. We traveled over the 4th of July holiday and the weather was extremely hot and humid we used the pool every night when we returned from site seeing. The pool, well the entire property was very clean which I really appreciate.

The price was very reasonable. Room service did not clean our room for the first night, not sure if we had to request it, but overall I communicated with the front desk and they took care of it. Great location-20 mins for everything. Clean & spacious rooms

I booked a room because my ac went out at my place. I liked the quickness to resolve issues and that someone was always available at the front desk. I had an issue the first night with water not getting hot. The next day I put in a maintenance request and by that afternoon, I had nice hot shower water that lasted a long time. The room was clean. The air condition vent was clean and very cold. The microwave was clean, the breakfast was excellent and on time. Staff super friendly.

The staff were very good, the rooms were large and the hotel has excellent facilities - Parking, Gym, Pool and Laundry etc.
